Davis Pride is an all inclusive celebration event for members and supporters of the LGBTQIA community. Davis Pride is a two part large scale fundraising event: a 5 and 10k family fun run/walk followed by a FREE community festival.

An exhibitor's booth is an excellent way to promote your business or organization, and to reach a diverse community of festival attendees.  The 2019 festival will take place on Sunday, May 19, 2019 from 10 am – 4 pm.

Exhibitors fees for Davis Pride are based on: type of business/organization and any add-ons (booth structure; tables & chairs, etc.) requested by the vendor.  

  • Food Vendors: Standard and Food Trucks

  • Corporate / Franchise / Promotions / Timeshare: This level of booth is for companies that are franchised and/or large chains. This would also include marketing and lead generating companies.

  • Retail / Merchandise / Government: A retail/merchandise booth is for a seller that purchases product or has their own product manufactured for sale. This category also includes informational sales booths for profit (ie medical offices, insurance, etc.)

  • Non-Profit / Arts & Crafts (Homemade): A non profit booth is for a company with 501(c)3 or 6 status. You must have a tax ID or your non profit license available upon request. An Arts & Crafts booth is for a seller that exclusively hand makes all of their product (painting, jewelry, etc).

  • K-12 School Groups / Youth Organization: This is for organization that provide a majority of their services to minors (17 and younger).

Exhibitor Fees

Fees shown below are for both booth space and EventBrite processing fees.

Food Vendors – 

  • Food Vendors (Standard and Food Trucks): $160.41

Due to city and county permit deadlines, we are unable to offer late registration for food vendors.  All food vendors must be registered no later than April 30, 2019 so the permit approval process may be completed in time for our pride celebration.

Non-Food Exhibitors –
On or before Tuesday, April 30:

  • Corporate / Franchise / Promotions / Timeshare – $134.02

  • Retail / Merchandise / Government – $107.62

  • Non-Profit / Arts & Crafts (Homemade) – $65.39

  • K-12 School Groups / Youth Organization – Free

  • Space Only (You provide your own table and chairs) – $75.95

Non-Food Exhibitors – Late Registration
From Wednesday, May 1 to Saturday, May 11 :

  • Corporate / Franchise / Promotions / Timeshare – $155.14

  • Retail / Merchandise / Government – $128.74

  • Non-Profit / Arts & Crafts (Homemade) – $86.51

  • K-12 School Groups / Youth Organization – $23.16

  • Space Only (You provide table and chairs) – $102.35

The Davis Pride planning committee will provide the following:

  • 10×10 Booth space

  • One 8’ table and 2 chairs

  • Electricity (if needed, for an additional cost)

PLEASE NOTE – We do not provide shade structures

   Your business will need to provide:

  • Shade structure, no larger than 10×10

  • Generator (if electricity is needed)

  • Fun and Interactive booth

Creation of an application for a booth space does not obligate your business/organization to participate; payment in full for the booth space confirms your business/organization’s participation.  Booth locations are assigned by the Davis Pride planning committee unless otherwise stated and approved, no one may occupy adjoining booths, and food vendors are placed together in specific booths.
