Davis Pride 2024 -  Because Yolo County is for Everyone!

New Date (June 1st), New Location (Davis Civic Center Park)

Davis Pride is an all inclusive celebration event for members and supporters of the LGBTQIA community. Davis Pride is a two part large scale fundraising event: a 5 and 10k family fun run/walk followed by a FREE community festival.

An exhibitor's booth is an excellent way to promote your business or organization, and to reach a diverse community of festival attendees.  The 2024 festival will take place on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at Davis Civic Center Park (6th and B Streets) from 11 am – 5 pm.

Exhibitor’s spaces are for individual vendors and may not be shared. Exhibitors fees for Davis Pride are based on: type of business/organization and any add-ons (booth structure; tables & chairs, electricity, etc. …) requested by the vendor.

Please note, fees listed below do not included EventBrite processing fees. Late registration is anything registration and/or payment received on or after 5:01 pm on May 19, 2024. If there is space available after the deadline (5/19/24 at 5:00 pm), there will be a $25 late fee charged - no exceptions. General exhibitor/vendor registration will close at 5:00 pm on Sunday, May 19, 2024.

The Davis Pride planning committee will accept all exhibitors and sponsors who do not have business practices that are in direct contradiction with our mission/vision or that of the Davis Phoenix Coalition (pride's producing agency).

  • [** SOLD OUT **] Food Vendors: - Food Trucks/Trailers (up to 35 ft) or a Standard (non-truck) 10x10 Booth. You will need to submit your approved Yolo County Health Permit Number for verification during the application process.
    ***** IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to permit review and approval deadlines, Food Vendors MUST register no later than 11:00 pm on Tuesday, April 30, 2024. After the deadline, no further food venders will be excepted.

    • FEES: $150.00 (no late registrations will be allowed)

  • Corporate / Commercial: (Franchise / Promotions / Timeshare / Retail / Merchandise / Government): This level of booth is for companies that are franchised and/or large chains. This would also include marketing and lead generating companies. A retail/merchandise booth is for a seller that purchases product or has their own product manufactured for sale. This category also includes informational sales booths for profit (ie medical offices, insurance, etc.)

    • FEES: $125 LATE: $150

  • Elected Official / Political Candidate: This is a booth for those that have been dually elected by the people and currently legally holding office or are an approved candidate for office in an upcoming election.

    • FEES: $100 LATE: $125

  • Non-Profit / Public Benefits Organization: A non profit booth is for a company with 501(c)3 or 6 status. You will need to submit your EIN for verification during the application process. [Not For Profits organizations are not eligible for non profit pricing.]

    • FEES: $75 LATE: $100

  • Artisan/Homemade Products (Arts & Crafts): An Artisan/Homemade/Arts & Crafts booth is for a seller that exclusively hand makes all of their product (painting, jewelry, homemade products, etc.).

    • FEES: $45 LATE: $70

  • K-12 School Groups / Youth Organization: This is for organizations that provide a majority of their services to minors (17 and younger). You will need to submit your EIN for verification during the application process.

    • FEES: Free LATE: $25

Included in our registration fee, the Davis Pride planning committee will provide the following:

  • 10×10 Booth space

  • One 8’ table and 2 chairs

PLEASE NOTE – Due to the large additional cost, we do not provide shade structures. Your business will need to provide:

  • Shade structure, no larger than 10×10

  • Generator (if electricity is needed)

  • Fun and Interactive booth - booths that have game, raffles , give aways, and/or exciting team members usually do rather well

Additional Items for Purchase

  • Additional 6’ Table - $10.00 (each)

  • Additional Folding Chairs - $5.00 (each)

  • Electricity - $50.00

  • Guaranteed Corner Space (limited) - $50.00

Creation of an application for an exhibitor’s space does not obligate your business/organization to participate; payment in full for the booth space confirms your business/organization’s participation. Once payment is received you will be obligated to the pride refund policy unless otherwise approved by the Davis Pride Director.

Booth Assignment and Location

Booth assignments are made by the Davis Pride vendor coordinator and/or the Davis Pride director based on random selection. While we try to accommodate particular space location request, they are not guaranteed.

All vendors must ensure that if you have specific needed (shade, electricity, etc. ...) that you have selected that during the first page of the registration process.

[***** FOOD TRUCK Assignments *****] Food truck assignments are on a first come first serve basis as you arrive - No Exceptions.

Refund Policy

FULL REFUNDS ARE NOT OFFERED FOR THIS EVENT. (EventBrite processing fees are not included and will be forfeited). In the event of a scheduling conflict, personal emergency, sickness, death, or other unforeseen circumstances, you may request a partial refund of your booth space.

Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline(s). All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.

ALSO NOTE: Committee members will walk through the fair and festival throughout the day. Any exhibitor that has misrepresented themself during the application process will have their booth immediately shutdown and evicted from the festival. If you are evicted for dishonesty and/or discrimination - no refund will be issued.

The deadline to receive a refund is as follows, and will be strictly adhered to:

• Cancellations on or before April 30, 2024 – full refund eligible - EventBrite processing fees are not included and will be forfeited

• Cancellations between May 1, 2024 - May 18, 2024 – 50% of payment received - EventBrite processing fees are not included and will be forfeited

• Cancellations on or after May 19th – no refund provided.

-Refunds will be processed to original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) days of receiving the written request. This does not include EventBright refund processing time. Note - it could take up to 30 days to receive your refund.

- Refunds are made to the original form of payment.

-Vendors shall not display, sell or dispense any items with offensive, profane, and/or illegal drug related paraphernalia. The display, sale, or dispensing of any items that fall within this category may result in the removal of the vendor.

-Security is the responsibility of each vendor. The Davis Phoenix Coalition and/or Davis Pride is not responsible for loss or damage to Vendor for any reason, except The Davis Phoenix Coalition and/or Davis Pride's own intentional or fraudulent acts.

-Vendor is responsible for all waste in exhibitor area.

-Vendor space is non-transferrable without the express written consent of a the Davis Pride director.

-Vendor spaces shall not be reserved until payment is received.
